Protocol:
Working Solution
Toluidine blue stock 1ml
Sodium chloride solution 9ml
Make Fresh, discard after use
1. Dewax sections, hydrate through alcohol and rinse in tap water
2. Stain with the toluidine blue working solution for 3 minutes
3. Wash with 3 changes of distilled water
4. Dehydrate rapidly through alcohols, clear and mount
