PURCHASES MADE IN SWEDEN, DENMARK, UK AND IRELAND ARE GOVERNED BY DIFFERENT TERMS. These additional terms override the Terms below to the extent of any inconsistency.

PLACING ORDERS ON THE PLATFORM
To place an order, user must have a verifieduser account with logged in account status.
The Seller must send the Buyer an order confirmation as soon as possible after having received the Buyer’s order. The Buyer cannotcancel the order after receiving an order confirmation. In the event of a subsequent cancellation of the order, the buyer is obliged to cover the seller’s costs for ordered products.
OUR RIGHT TO REJECT YOUR ORDER OR CANCEL A CONTRACT
Fulfillment of all orders on the Platform is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel a Contract by written notice to you in the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to the Contract we cancelled:
- the product is not available / in stock;
- your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
- your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- your bank transfer payment is not received within 12 calendar days after acceptance of your order;
- we believe you are under the legal age in your country;
- there was an error in the price displayed on the Platform;
- we could not deliver to the address provided by you;
- due to an Event Outside Our Control (Force majeure cancellations); or
- in the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the Platform information.
When you send us your order, we may run some checks on it before it is fulfilled. These checks may include verifying your address and checking for fraud. Suspected fraud on the Platform will be investigated and if necessary prosecuted.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
The product prices displayed on the Platform are exclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT), as applicable. Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered to.
Prices are quoted in local currency. If you change the country of delivery while browsing or during check out, prices from that moment may be quoted in a different currency. Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on the price due to a change in currency or to country specific pricing.
The Company shall entertain returns only in below-mentioned cases:
1. Receipt of short-expiry product(s).
By registering with the Website you can access or view the prices, product inventories, and purchase orders electronically. You are responsible for using the Website in a secure manner. We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused from any unauthorized account access resulting from your actions, such as not logging out of the account or sharing your account password. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at any time.
2. Receipt of product(s) damaged in transit
Do not accept your order if you receive a tampered consignment as evident from the packaging. If received, after opening the consignment you find that the product(s) is damaged then immediately (within no later than 2 hours from the receipt of the order) click the photo of the damaged product(s) as well as the product label(s) and send it to our email id: [email protected] along with the order number and the invoice number. Once we receive the email, an investigation may be initiated at our end. After the investigation, if the issue raised is found to be valid, we will make arrangements to dispatch a new product depend on product and subject to the availability of the stock. If the stock is not available, then a coupon or credit note will be issued which you can redeem in your next purchase. Please note that you are not required to pay for any additional shipping fees in such a case of reshipment.
3. Receipt of product having manufacturing defect
If upon receipt of the order you notice that your product(s) has a manufacturing defect, you are required to kindly attach a photo of the product’s label and send it to our email id: [email protected] forthwith and within no later than 4 hours from the receipt of the order. Once we receive the email, an investigation may be initiated at our end. Our courier will collect the product and once it is ascertained that the defect claim is valid we will make arrangements to repair it FOC if covered under warranty or dispatch a new product subject to the availability of the stock. If the stock is not available then a coupon or credit note will be issued which you can redeem in your next purchase. Please note that you are not required to pay for any additional shipping fees in such a case of reshipment.
